All London Construction Programme (LCP) frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) have been established under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR15).

This means our members and suppliers can continue to use these platforms with confidence—without needing to immediately adapt to the new Procurement Act requirements, which represent a significant change for many.

All future LCP platforms will be fully compliant with the new Procurement Act, ensuring alignment with best practice and legal requirements. Each new platform will be thoroughly reviewed and verified by qualified procurement professionals to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
