Our DPS is designed to be flexible and inclusive. New consultants and service providers can join at any time during its lifetime, provided they meet the qualification criteria. Simply share their company email with us, and we’ll handle the onboarding process—ensuring continuous competition, greater choice, and a constantly refreshed supplier base.

Filtering:

On our Professional Services DPS, buyers can apply selection filters to refine their Distribution Groups. These filters include:

  • Regional Areas – Focus on suppliers operating in chosen regions.
  • Contract Value Bands – Match suppliers to projects based on contract size.

This filtering capability makes the procurement process more precise, efficient, and tailored to your needs.

Compliance Team Support:

Our dedicated compliance team conducts annual reviews to ensure all suppliers remain fully compliant with regulatory and contractual requirements. Once documents are uploaded, our system automatically flags any alerts and auto-suspends suppliers who fail to meet these standards. This proactive approach safeguards buyers and maintains the integrity of the DPS.


 

Bespoke E-Sourcing Platform:

Our platform offers full functionality tailored for public sector procurement. Join Our DPS

Step 1

Register your organisation here

This page will allow you to register your organisation and first user to the system before completing the onboard to the system.

 

Step 2

Our dedicated compliance team will process your registration and carry out the evaluation including financial checks for Suppliers requesting to join the DPS.

Step 3

Once onboarding has been approved you have access to the categories and templates you have applied for.
