What a hectic year it’s turning out to be. The construction industry is currently witnessing its fastest rate of growth since 1997 but pressure on supply chains combined with rising material costs are of concern to contractors and clients alike.

Product availability is being affected with housebuilding and domestic repair maintenance and improvement (RMI) items being worst hit.
