Kerry Whitehouse – Commercial Manager – Westminster City Council
“after deciding to utilise the LCP framework Lots 1.3 and 1.4, Westminster City Council were very pleased with the speed of the LCP’s response to any queries, the level of support and assistance received, the information received throughout the process from EOI stage to going live.
The LCP were very helpful in keeping us informed of the market feedback especially following the supplier engagement events we held, and as a result one of the reasons for the change in scope to package A.
The process has really improved the relationship Westminster has with the LCP Contractors, we have received high interest from the market and therefore we are confident of receiving quality bids for both work packages.
Thank you for your support LCP”
John Blighton – Senior Project Manager – The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
“I can confirm that to enable the procurement of a competitive tender process for the Latimer School Modernisation Works RBKC we elected to us the LCP Minor Works DPS.
From initial enquiry the LCP team were proactive, flexible and prompt in providing an initial meeting to discuss the project, understand the objectives of the client and propose a strategy that would best serve within the constraints of time and the parameters of the DPS.
The induction was excellent and enabled us to implement a strategy utilising the dynamic purchasing system that both incorporated the preferred suppliers and opportunity for further expressions of interest from the market.
Throughout the process of the tender period and post tender review the LCP team were available, prompt and effective to steer to the process to a prompt and compliant conclusion.
The objectives of the procurement process were met and within an exceptionally short time period to the advantage of the Council and the Project.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the use of the LCP.”
