Come see the LCP at the Construction Framework Conference
On 2nd October 2019, at the Kensington Town Hall in London, the LCP will be exhibiting and speaking live on stage about its one-stop-shop of Framework and Dynamic Purchasing Systems, (DPS) procurement vehicles.
Prominent, public and private sector leaders within procurement, construction and property industry will come together at the Construction Frameworks Conference. The conference, will see some of the industry’s biggest names lead a discussion on current and the future of frameworks and DPS’ to help delegates achieve best value from their procurement, demonstrate best practice in developing and operating procurement, and allow the sector to meet and collaborate.
New Major Works Framework
LCP has put in place a new Major Works 2019 Framework for the delivery of housing, education & leisure, capital projects, historical & heritage and highway & public realm projects to be utilised by LCP members.
The new framework replaces the existing Major Works 2014 Framework which expired from May 2019.
The new framework is available for use by local authorities and other public sector organisations, within London and the Home Counties, for construction projects ranging from £1m to more than £20m.

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Construction, Estates and Property Professional Services and Minor Works
LCP has established its new DPS’ for Professional Services and Minor Works available to LCP members.
The DPS runs for an initial term of 7 years with an option to extend on a rolling 12-month basis for a further period of up to 5 years.
LCP exhibitions 2019
